The range of application includes food production and handling, water heating, oil heating or any other situation where a liquid is heated to a constant temperature or brought to boiling point. They are available in 120v and 220-240v as well as in 3 wattages; 1500w, 2000w and 2500w, to ensure compatibility with existing designs as well as flexibility in new products.
