Crystal-Technica produces a range of advanced ceramic elements that can be used for heating or ignition. All of our elements are manufactured from Silicon Nitride, offering unrivalled durability and reliability. These elements have been field-proven in a wide variety of products including the very tough conditions of the automotive sector. Crystal-Technica has taken this proven technology and refined it for use in a wide range of applications and situations.

Ignition
Our elements work with all of the leading control manufacturers products and because our elements are manufactured from state-of-the art ceramic technology, they are very flexible in their use, Our glo-stix® round elements are available in 12 volts, 24 volts, 120 volts and 220 volts and are very efficient, using far less energy than many competitors‚ products. In fact, the power requirements are so low that they can be used with class 2 transformers. Their compact size makes them the perfect solution for locations that are difficult to access.

Our glo-stix® flat elements offer a much more powerful option, with a rating of 400-500 watts. They are specially designed for more demanding applications and are fully insulated.

Mini-lite™ elements offer a robust alternative to spark ignition. They have been specifically designed for range top burners. Our designs meet the needs of new burner technology and are the perfect choice for the innovative appliance manufacturer.

As well as igniting gas, our elements can be used to ignite other combustible products.

Heating
Our elements are not susceptible to corrosion or limescale, making them the first choice for heating a range of mediums including air, water and oil.
